I am so proud and thankful for these dedicated people who really work hard for our local wildlife! Each and everyone is a treasure to our community. They work hard to care for, treat injuries, raise orphaned babies whether feathered, scaled or furred. They also strive to rehabilitate so that when possible they can release their patients back into the wilds of Long Island.
Love this place and their mission. This past spring I emailed them about a goose with a broken wing in my parking lot, sent them pix, and then someone came by later that day to catch it so they could help fix it's wing in their hospital and care for it until it recovered. Great communication and friendly staff. Thank you for all that you do and responding so quickly.
Today was my first time here. It was very nice. Very calming. Everything was spotless. Great job to all!

My husband found a litter of newborn opossums hovering over their deceased momma who appeared to be hit by a car. So grateful that they will give these babies a fighting chance.
