I had an amazing experience at the Bearden Location. It was my first time going to a new doctor alone without my family and the staff was extremely nice and very helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and help me through everything. I will certainly be returning there for all my future vision needs!
I had to cancel several times, the person who answers the phone berated me for rescheduling several appointments. It was actually pretty humiliating. She stated she was putting me, "on restriction, and same day call in only." Like I'm a child being put in time out!! I know I have not had to reschedule as many times as she stated. This past year I lost my father and my precious service dog so yeah I probably did have to reschedule several times. Definitely recommend, my 6 year old daughter got all the help she needed and the staff was amazing. Jessica’s customer service and care is top notch. Super impressed.
