They are wonderful here! The doctor is very thorough, makes detailed notes about previous visits in order to keep an eye 👁️ (lol) on any changes in my eyes, not just the strength for corrective lenses but floaters, color changes, spots or changes in/around the macula. He is just wonderful! And Jessica rocks 🎸! Thank you both!!!

I had an amazing experience at the Bearden Location. It was my first time going to a new doctor alone without my family and the staff was extremely nice and very helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and help me through everything. I will certainly be returning there for all my future vision needs!
I had to cancel several times, the person who answers the phone berated me for rescheduling several appointments. It was actually pretty humiliating. She stated she was putting me, "on restriction, and same day call in only." Like I'm a child being put in time out!! I know I have not had to reschedule as many times as she stated. This past year I lost my father and my precious service dog so yeah I probably did have to reschedule several times.
