I made a deal by telephone from my easy chair, 586 miles away from Volunteer Chevrolet, after seeing the listing on CarGurus. Great communication.
I was sent a price by email and then I called them. When we were at the end of the deal, I was told the price was 10k higher than the email that was sent to me. All he had to say was sorry, that was a mistake. I would not have even called if I was giving that price at first. I was also told that he would call me the next day and that did not happen. I would not waste my time with them again.
The dealer contacted us, however, we were not able to make a deal. They only offered us $1,000.00 for our trade-in (GMC Denali) and financing at 13.5%. We ended up working with a dealer out of state for a 2017 GMC Denali priced $6,000.00 cheaper than the 2018 Chevy Suburban and financing at 5.5%.
