Great communication.
I was sent a price by email and then I called them. When we were at the end of the deal, I was told the price was 10k higher than the email that was sent to me. All he had to say was sorry, that was a mistake. I would not have even called if I was giving that price at first. I was also told that he would call me the next day and that did not happen. I would not waste my time with them again.
