I applied for an apartment and was told by the person at the front desk that I would not have to worry. I would be approved and not to worry about the amount for application fee or admin fee because if I was denied then they would refund it back immediately. They send me an online portal to pay the fees with a debit card. Then once they deny you, they have to send the check back via mail "because they dont have a system set up to send the money back to the card". Been here less than two months, but so far so good. I've actually been thrilled with how quickly maintenance has responded to my requests, as they've managed to fix things in my unit while I've been at work. The office is friendly and they engage with you, the location is obviously solid, and the folks are friendly. Highly recommended.

Just recently moved in and I absolutely love the area! Really happy with my decision on moving here. They are very quick with maintenance calls and staff is nice!
Living here has been awesome 👏🏾 bout to renew my lease for a another year. It's a great location Great neighborhood bars places to eat in really really happy about the bus stop being across the street . Anytime I have a maintenance issues and there are within 24 hours to fix it I love the guys in for an office are freaking awesome I love them

I have only lived here for 2 months, but so far my experience has been absolutely wonderful. The apartments are beautiful and spacious (they even have a little dog park!), and the location is amazing...next to bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and theaters...all within walking distance! But the most outstanding experience I have had has been with the staff...especially Robert. They truly go above and beyond for their tenants.
