One day I hope to be able to give you 5 stars- once I actually visit! I saw the story one the now famous YELP review. You responded perfectly with great grace! If I'm even your way I will definitely stop in for a bite. BTW- the items posted here look fabulous! All the best from the San Francisco Bay Area!!
I thought their response on Yelp was completely unprofessional, and the analogy they made between lawyers and chefs invalid. Divorce law takes special training... boxing up food does not. This place sounds rather pretentious. They should have simply apologized for their outrageous behavior.

If the people across the street from you were hungry, why would they not want to take a break and best properly at your table? Would that have been so inconvenient?? Maybe they were so cheap they figured if they took the food to go they would save on a tip. Nice reply! Food looks great!
