As a restaurant manager I must say, Will G, you are a hero to us all. Kudos on your restraint and classy response to Sonal. Have never had the pleasure of eating at your restaurant, but if I'm ever in KC I'm definitely going to stop by. Thanks for being a great example for all of us!

I just read your brilliant response to a very disturbingly entitled couple. I assume that as a lawyer you have to read everything thoroughly, documents, contracts, etc. And he couldn't read a NO take out clause? Not sure I would hire him!
