The best restaurant experience in Kansas City I have had thus far. The environment is great and the food is fantastic. The prices and portions are on point. The more upscale restaurants seem to give you too little food for the amount they charge. Voltaire does the exact opposite.
Great ambiance, good food, killer cocktails, and not too hard on the wallet. Wish it were in my 'hood so it were easier to frequent.
The response to the Yelp review was fantastic and prodded us to visit Voltaire. I wouldn't box up the beautifully plated food either!
The care and presentation of the food and service is exceptional. Having eaten in NYC very often (wink wink) I can attest to the level of food quality and service at Voltaire. Bravo! As for the hubbub about Yelp, people should remember that Yelp doesn't entitle you to be a thug and shake business owners down because you want what you want.
