The best food experiences I've had have been at Volt.
We had the Six course tasting menu with the matching flights. We also ordered before dinner drinks. The before dinner drinks did not come until after the second course had been served. The service was tripping over itself all night and was not organized. Would not get the matching wine course until well after the courses arrived on two of the courses. The entire experience was absolutely amazing! We tried the Chef tasting menu which is combined of 6 main courses and 6 fruit, vegetable and desert courses. Every single piece we tried was ranging from really good to mind blowing incredible. The service is great! This is definitely one of the best restaurants I ever tried. Amazing, private service at Table 21. My husband and I were lucky enough to be the only ones at the 5:30 seating on a Saturday night! Each course was edible art. I am a huge fan of both Chef Graeme and Chef Bryan. To be able to eat right in their kitchen, talk to their staff, and even be served by them was a dream come true. We had a wonderful experience celebrating my wife's birthday at the Chef's Table last night. Our experience exceeded our expectations and everyone loved it.
Truly amazing experience tonight! Enjoyed every bite, such amazing flavors. The staff was great with answering any questions we had. Such a wonderful dinner all around. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive to this fantastic restaurant. Definitely will be returning as soon as we can. Highly recommended. Next time trying out table 21 experience. Celebrated my friend's birthday last night at the 8:30 seating of Table 21. We were the only ones! What a treat it was to be seated right next to the kitchen, and have a chance to interact with all the chefs. It was a surprise dinner for my friend, and she was floored by the experience. A special thanks to chef Demetrius that really entertained us, chef Graeme that hung out with us and entertained all our questions about his hair and shoes.
