Best car experience I have ever had. Ask for Eric Warren when you go and I guarantee you won't regret it! He made the whole process so easy. The customer service is amazing at Royal Motors and Sasha and Chris were also a huge help. If you are looking to buy or lease a car I highly suggest going to Royal Motors and asking for Eric!

Such a horrible experience here. Buying or leasing a car is suppose to be a fun experience. It's suppose to be exciting. These guys tried to take me for everything I had. They totally lied to me about everything. Then they tried to make me feel bad about myself to get me to spend money there. Total sleaze bags. And when I wised up and wouldn't let them take advantage of me, they laughed at me. Don't spend your money here. Go to a different Volkswagen dealership. I went to Matt. Don't got to Matt.
It was perfect every step of the way! Great service and great communication! Reliable and respectful, Adam Meyers did a very good job to follow up with me while my car was in Royal Auto parts hands.
