Bought my first car ever here an wow it was great I had Derrick as my salesman an he did his best to get me into my first car!
Car went in for routine 30K service and was returned without the brakes being bled which is not only inconvenient but mainly DANGEROUS. Any idiot driving my GTI would have been able to tell that the brakes were completely screwed up and yet no one caught it at the dealership. Not going for service again. Also this place seems to have rapid turnover for workers which can't be a good sign.

2013 jetta only have 15500 miles and the driver door takes a shit the past three days couldn't open it from the outside well went to leave work tonight got in the passenger side likeb I've been having to since this issue and opened the door well now it won't close!!! Had no other means to get home so had to hold the damn door!!! I have a manual car!!! Very unhappy and something better be done!
Trying to turn in a lease with this dealership is horrible. When I call, I get passed around to different people, none of whom can help. I leave messages, even to the manager and no call backs from anyone. I guess when they say "sign and drive" , they also mean don't bring it back either! If anyone wants a 2012 Passat I am about ready to leave it on their lot with the keys in it....
I had the most amazing experience with the service department today. I didn't realize what great customer service was until my husband and I started taking our vehicles here. Thank you!!!!
