Stay away from their used car sales department. Do not spend your money here. Find a dealership yout can trust. Typical dishonest used car sales. Do not trust them, they value a few dollars over the customers safety and their own reputation. I will never purchase a part, a car, or use them for a service again. I hope their management can read this and clean up this terrible dealership. Shame.
Bought 2 cars there in the last year. Both have been fabulous!
Brought VW Beetle in to a dealer to fix some issues.....Car sat for 4 days.. They claim the didn't know who's car it was....they had the keys and the owners card and insurance card on the front seat.....also couldn't find the appointment until we called a complained......incompetent service dept!!!!! We will never go back and will warn others to stay away!
