I contacted the service department to schedule my 10,000 mile service and a state inspection. They pulled my record to get my car information, asked for my mileage and if I would be staying or dropping off the vehicle. I was told it would not be more than an hour to and hour and a half. Upon my arrival, I was informed that I could no longer have the 10,000 mile service done - I’d have to have the 20,000 mile service.
