Bought our Tiguan here from Leeann. She was great to work with. Just had 2nd service. Emma was great to work with. My only complaint is I had an 8:30 appointment and had to wait as their shuttle does not go where I live. 2 hours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation is to long especially since they have no where to wait. If I have an appointment for such a simple service, I should not have to wait that long.
Emma was awesome super friendly and I usually get helped by Travis but I met her and we really hit it off

I’ve been having my cars serviced here for a few years now. Travis in service is great! He always makes sure that my service needs are taken care of, he’s very knowledgeable and friendly. I recently worked with Emma in service and she too is great! I haven’t purchased my VW’s here only for the fact that they didn’t have the particular vehicles I was looking for in the trim that I wanted. my radio randomly locked up requiring a code. I looked for code in my manual. Found nothing, called VW service 3 times they said they would have a tech call me back. NEVER did. also did a video chat attempting a return call. I finally drove into dealer, found out the would charge me $65. to retrieve code. Day of appt., was taken care of my Emma she was awesome. shes a keeper VW. She made sure I was updated through the process. COME ON VW, you need to return calls to your customers.
