RecommendedI had my 2019 Tiguan SE 4Motion serviced, and they also did an Emissions software update, all completed in less than 2 hrs VW Murrieta is the best VW Dealer in the USA. Having purchased 5 new cars and leased 1 from them over the years. Looking forward to taking delivery of a VW ID.4 from VW Murrieta early next year. Both Sales are Service are excellent

Each time I take my car in to Volkswagen of Murrieta to be serviced, I have been completely satisfied with the service my car received. After CARVANA sold the vehicle out from under us. 😡 I found a better version of the same vehicle at VW Of Murrieta. I phoned immediately and spoke to Andre. Explained to him what we had just experienced and he didn’t hesitate on calming me down. He verified that the vehicle was still available before we took our 3 hr drive there. Recently purchased a vehicle from VW of Murrieta. A very positive experience. Andree was helpful and answered all my questions. He was not pushy (don't like pushy salesmen). I got the car I wanted and he went to get it from another dealer for us the same day. The finance person was also very nice and friendly.

I am new to the area and I really wanted this place to be my go to Dealership for my Jetta. Unfortunately it is not. We were treated like we were the only customers there. The car was checked out and repaired perfect. Our service advisor Travis kept us updated and made sure it was repaired correctly. We recommend Murrieta Volkswagen for any and all repairs you may need . We will be back.
