Well one week before my scheduled buyback my Jetta that I've been stuck with forever died. Guess who has to pay for repairs before they will give me what is owed to me to buy a reliable car for my business? ME! My mother is dying and I have to UBER to the airport and figure out how I'm going to pay for this car I can't drive when I get back. Thanks for nothing. I've been a loyal customer for 16 years.
Last month I traded in my 2012 Jetta SE for a 2017 Tiguan and it was a pain-free, hassle-free, great experience. Andre was wonderful to work with, from answering my initial questions about doing a trade in, to going up to LA himself to get the exact Tiguan that I was looking for and keeping me updated during the entire process. He was sincerely a pleasure to work with, was patient and never pushy. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!
