My check engine light came on while driving my 2002 Snap Orange Beetle to emissions testing, on a Friday. So I just kept driving to the dealership, pulled into service, explained that I didn't have an appointment but why I just "showed up". Very polite, said they would work it in. Amazingly generous technicians, they replaced wheel locks on my Passat AND washed my car for free. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Would definitely go back to them again in the future.
