I was lied to by the sales rep. Takes 3 hours for an oil change, really! Wanted to charge me $35 to pour in some fluid, I think not. Will be checking with Bozeman VW to see if they are any better.
It would be great if you could shovel your walks. You can be held liable if someone were to fall on all that snow and ice out there.
My experience with Volkswagen of Billings has been very poor to say the least. I purchased a 2012 Highlander from their dealership only to find out that it had $6,000-$10,000 of pre-existing hail damage that hadn't been fixed properly or hadn't been fixed at all. I have been trying to get the dealership to work with me on fixing these issues to no avail so far. Just had my 10,000 mile oil change, tire rotation and a car wash on my Jetta, and i must say i was super impressed with VW's service. My car looks beautiful and runs great. Thank you for all your hard work, and fantastic, speedy service!
