I bought a new ID4 that had scratches. They told me they would fix it. I had the appointment, but the painter never came, as usual. Then I had to make another appointment. This time he did come, but he did a horrible job. He left the door with orange peel and scratched the taillight. The dealership doesn't help. I had to pay for an Uber because they don't have anyone who can do that. Now they can't give me any other solution. I'll have to go further with this.

Great experience. No sleazy sales men that’s try to force a deal on you. Erica was very nice and had a calm presents which didn’t make me feel intimidated like the other dealership I went to.
I was stranded in Orlando and living in Groveland always use Volkswagen Leesburg for every need of my Taos , they are excellent. But the service I received by this dealership was also excellent from start to finish. Although my needs were small (a slow puncture) the service advisor, Justin Trammell, treated it with high importance and made sure the issue was dealt with as quickly as possible.
