Jonathan and Juan were very professional and polite. They helped me out with my AC this summer and were extremely knowledgeable. Jonathan helped me out with my furnace this fall. Each time I had called towards end of day and they were out first thing next morning! They're respectful and answered any and all questions I had!
Jonathan arrived exactly on time. After a brief tour of the furnace and thermostat locations he got straight to work. Fortunately for us (in having a pre-winter inspection) he found a defective sequencer that was not allowing for full heat production in our main furnace. He patiently explained the nature of the defect, showed me the readings, what he recommends for repairs in a manner in which I could understand. Have used them for a variety of plumbing issues over the last couple of years. They must have gotten a new owner recently..young, overweight, and has red beard. He is full of himself and belittles you any chance he gets but he can't answer your question or get the job done correctly. VERY EXPENSIVE - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM.
I've been using these guys for more years than I want to admit. They were also the first call I made at the place I worked for more years than I'd like to admit. 😄 I've never been dissatisfied and I believe their prices are competitive with everyone else in town. They always remember who I am when I call, which is a huge bonus when I'm doing business with a company.
