Account services, tech support and customer service all equally seemed to only be interested in money. Not interested in fulfilling their service agreement that had not once been used by our company after collecting thousands from us.
After having Voice and Data for a number of years as the provider with two of our companies, we needed technical assistance for an issue that kept occurring. Travis came out and assessed the situation, and a day later he sent a very detailed and expensive list of equipment that needed to be replaced.
