Randy and Tara provide exceptional care and service at the Robie location. Randy has gone above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in rectifying an issue with my glasses. He listened to my concerns (almost daily….poor man) and came up with the best possible solution…. Without a doubt the greatest customer service I have ever received … EVER
