I called to ask a question and was hung up on quite rudely. I’d suggest kindness when dealing with people.
I was in the store to fix my nose pad. The older lady who was at front desk told me they are closing in an hour they didn’t have the time to do it! Then she walked away talking to other customer while I was speaking to her. I don’t think it is appropriate, I felt I was not welcom, in the future I would not like to visit here!
Avoid at all costs. I had my eyes tested, was given a new prescription and ended up choose a pair of designer frames and no names. Ended up spending about $700. When I came in to pick up the glasses, one of the staff members gave them to me boxed up in a bag - didn't get me to try them on to check fit/prescription. No follow up phone call from them to see if the prescription worked. Immediately the prescription felt weird but I figured their optometrist knew what she was doing. I broke my glasses and the folks down here helped squeeze me in for an appointment and get me a pair ASAP. The gentleman who helped me was very knowlegable and helpful!
Doctor was nice. Good choice of glasses but the person dealing with me to get glasses at the front was rude and did not make feel welcome. I decided to go elsewhere for my glasses.
