Unnecessarily lost a substantial amount of money my first trip there. One particular staff member was supposedly taking care of me. However she left me alone & for some odd reason went to another customer who had just arrived. A tall Scandinavian individual. Think he was a cop or something. She spent close to an hour with the new customer leaving me twiddling my thumbs. For some reason it appeared she was trying to keep me there as long as possible. I am on the road, and bent my glasses in a tumble skiing in NL yesterday. Vogue optician Parul very kindly straightened out my glasses, and did a great job. Many thanks.
I had such a great experience at Vogue Optical! Even though I didn’t buy my glasses from them, they still helped fix them perfectly — and didn’t charge me anything. A big thank you to Parul. She was so patient and made sure my glasses fit perfectly before I left. Truly excellent service — I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future eyewear needs!
Until I wrote this review I thought that breaking glasses on vacations, is rare… but I see it happened with a lot of folks. Anyways, I also broke my glasses and I was pretty scared - luckily I found this Vogue optical and Parul fixed my glasses in no time at all. Good as new. Many thanks to her!
