Went in for en eye exam and to buy some new glasses. The team for the eye exam were great. Lacey ( not sure how it’s spelled ) who helped me pick out my glasses and such was amazing! 10/10
Last time I went in for an eye exam was 8 years ago and walked out needing a new prescription (i remember it being a really good appointment), I called on Friday and was able to get in for Monday and I saw the same Dr as the first time. Dr Parkash is fantastic, friendly and was patient. Margaret who helped pick my frames and got everything squared away in a hassle free experience, and the women at the desk was amazing as well (I didn't catch her name sorry!). Not a %100 happy after spending $700 on glasses and coming in for fittings about 4 times. Update: Thanks to Margaret who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied in the end.
Not a %100 happy after spending $700 on glasses and coming in for fittings about 4 times. Frame keeps cracking because glass is not cut properly and constant headaches, so many gadgets but still can't get you a perfect fit? Internet frames are cheaper, don't give me headaches, and definitely don't crack. Regret spending all this money. Changing to 2 stars as owner suggested to email to get my issue addressed. No response from anyone. Enjoy my money.
