Unnecessarily lost a substantial amount of money my first trip there. One particular staff member was supposedly taking care of me. However she left me alone & for some odd reason went to another customer who had just arrived. A tall Scandinavian individual. Think he was a cop or something. She spent close to an hour with the new customer leaving me twiddling my thumbs. For some reason it appeared she was trying to keep me there as long as possible.
