Bad experience, terrible attention
First, I booked a unit that was supposed to fulfill certain conditions that they described, and one month before moving I figured out that it did not have a washing machine and other things that there were supposed to be in the unit. Finally, after fighting it a lot, they gave me another unit that fulfilled the conditions I wanted.
