Rich is my hero!! My sweet son’s sippy cup leaked on my computer causing it to not turn on. I took my computer to another repair store (shame on me) in which they told me that basically my hard drive was fried and there was nothing they could do for me. I immediately drove to Voelker, was greeted by Rich, and he got to work and discovered no damage and was able to recover my files. They went over and beyond to save my computer and ease my mind. A million thank yous.
They take great care of my 2011 Macbook Pro, through all the breakdowns and upgrades. They know what's best and are very reliable. I was thankful that they gave me a loaner computer while mine would be out for 3-4 weeks. This place is a must for all Mac owners!
These guys rock! All my photographer friends need to come see Seth if you're having any trouble with your Mac!
