I was referred to Vocational Rehab for hearing aids once I discovered my insurance didn’t pay for them and they are necessary for work. I filled out a packet of papers and mailed them in. I had an appointment with an intake counselor who went over my needs, medical history, etc. She was kind and made sure any questions I had were answered. Next I will see the audiologist and get new hearing aids! So grateful for this service for my hearing disability.
