I have been working with the VNA for a while now and they are fantastic.From physical therapy,speech therapy and occupational therapy,they are great.The staff are dedicated,caring,professional people that care about the patients they serve.I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.I am grateful and blessed to have them in my life.Thank you for all you do.

The patient and family experience is a major focus and feedback is always taken very seriously. The VNA Care New England team strives to serve the entire community and employs knowledgable, caring and compassionate people.
Please please do not hire these people if your loved one is very sick. They are horrible to talk with, they yell at you and ignore your emergency calls. All the nurses on the phone and the managers will tell you to call 911 with every question. They don't even call you back after several voice mails that you leave, and then they deny that you left a message. Oh My, we were supposed to have palliative care, but it was more like a nightmare!
