Another Great Visit! – I've been going to 1st Eye Care since I was a teenager and everyone there is really friendly. The eye exams here are really easy and the staff is extremely nice. My favorite thing about this office though is that they have such great equipment and technology- I even get a text message reminder before my appointment so I don't forget!
Bad experience – I have had my glassed since Aug '11, and they have never fit my eyes. this is the 2nd time I have this problem with Vision City ( I did give them a second chance). First I went in to pick up my glasses and the clerk just handed them to me and did not ask if I needed the fitted or thank you, just nothing. I ask to have my eyes re-examed by a different Dr and was told "no" that I had to use the same one (who I know messed up the first time around). Great experience – I just moved to Burleson and have had the same eye Dr. since I was nine years old. Someone recommended Vision City because the were great. I must say they were right. Great customer service, the Dr. Was great. I was looking for a friendly place that would be personable like I was used to....found it. I would recommend to anyone.

My Family's Eye Care Center – Very pleased patient!! We needed to find an eye Dr. recently as my husband's eye was in a lot of pain after doing a home improvement project. We initially chose Vision City for its convenient hours and location, but after that visit to have my husband's eye looked at...we won't go anywhere else!! Incompetence loses customers – Made an appointment over the phone, asked -ASKED- if they accepted my insurance and they said yes, then when I get there they tell me they dont. I told him them thats why I asked over the phone..then they have the audacity to tell me "No, one wouldve told you that." So I'm lying? At any rate I needed to transfer my prescription and they only authorized two contract lenses to refill because my prescription was about to expire. BAD idea. – My mother in law recommended this place to me. Got my exam ect no problems, nice eye doctors, visit was fine. The problems started when I had to communicate/deal with the staff/techs. I paid for a months supply for contacts(in full) when I had my first exam and first, but I did not actually RECEIVE my contacts untill three months later. But getting them was a chore in itself. Great Selection! – This place is awesome! I decided to try them because they are so close to my home. They had a very good selection, especially for fun and designer frames
Quick Service – They are very quick and friendly, The prices were reasonable. They take walk-ins and appointment which is great because i had broke my glasses and didn't have time to make an appointment.There selections of glasses is huge!
