Nice people.. Dr. was very nice and professional and offered a thorough exam. There are cheaper options than this, but none will be better.
In my 30+ years of eyeglass prescription shopping I have finally met the most honest, consciencious group of professionals! Thank God I can feel assured that I have the best of the best!

My experience with Eyeworks - including both the dr. and staff - was excellent. I will now only go there in the future. They are entirely professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to accomodate their patients. I would recommend them highly to anyone in the ATL area seeking a quality eye care practice.
Dr. Birdsong was caring, competent, and knowledgable. This was my first full visit to Eyeworks of Decatur, and I am now a lifelong customer. The staff is kind, courteous, and efficient.
I am on my third pair of glasses in four weeks, and they are no better than the ones I have had for several years. I went to this store because they were recommended to me. I explained to several people my first visit that I work in front of two large computer screens, and lately have had to start looking over the top of my glasses to see them clearly. Dr. Tom Schobelock is an amazing Doctor. He is by far my favorite, and is pleasant to work with. However, the staff is not freindly, or helpful. When I ask them to explain the charges and why I don't have as much on my allowance, they just go around the subject and don't try to clarify it with me. I am very very dissapointed with the staff and my family and I will not be coming back.
So today was my first time going to this doctors office I had been to several others in the area. I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by an extremely nice staff, there were several people in front of us so we had to wait for a minute to be seen but be were taken care of by the friendliest staff first Brooke helped us out with glasses and then Ariel was super sweet and helped us get ready for the eye exam. It's that time of year...I don't just mean the holidays but for me it means my yearly eye exam & possibly new glasses. I love going to Wing at Symmes ho are professional & friendly!!!
