Only a bit above average. – Parking is NOT easy. Aside from having to pay the meter for the time they keep you're in the store, you end up waiting for the either slow staff to help. It really must vary from each day because I had an averg experience the first time I went to look at glasses. However, the 2nd time around I was very rushed by a male staff memeber & didn't end up having my glasses made there. Awesome Place!!! – I was extremely pleased to discover such a modern and stylish place in the heart of Brookline village. Ths store looks very european and the selection is great! The staff is pleasant and very professional. I found a pair of Chanel sunglasses I was looking for for the longest time and I absolutely love them!
Outstanding service here – I am very surprised to read the last review from a seemingly unhappy customer??? I cannot see how someone could not be satisfied at Vizio Optic given how much effort and time they spent helping me fix a lens that I had done at another optical shop and needed really fast turnaround to get new correct lenses. My experience has been nothing but "above and beyond" and I really recommend this store to others seeking quality eyeglasses and lenses in Boston.
Stay away! – Staff was very demeaning when I told them I didn't like the glasses they picked for me. I'm never going back. Such a bad experience. The doctor wasn't even available even though the sign said she would be there.
Excellent Selection – I just purchased a pair of glasses here. This place is awesome. They have the widest selection of name brands and styles to choose from. The sales clerk was very helpful in assisting me to find the perfect pair that suited me. She was also very patient, since I must have tried on at least a 100 pairs before finally deciding on a pair. Anyone looking for a good pair of lenses and excellent service and quality for your money should try this place.
Excellent selection and service – vizio is one of a kind. really beautiful store and truly great service. the selection of eyeglasses is by far the best of boston i learned that vizio carries the best fashion eyewear and designer brands whereas each one won an international award and accolade for design easy parking in the back adds to my satisfaction and experience at vizio :)
Great costumer service, selection and price! – I used to be a Lenscrafters man, but I recently discovered Vizio Optic. The design of the store is very tasteful and the staff responsive. Dr. Rabkin was very thorough during my appointment and made me feel very comfortable. Perfect In Every Way. – Vizio Optics has taken eyeglass buying to a whole new level. They have an excellent selection of high-end, high fashion eyewear, their pricing is unmatched, their customer service is truly impeccable and the store is bright, modern and inviting. Dr. Rabkin caught a mistake that my ophthalmologist made with a new prescription he'd written for me, and she really went out of her way to help me correct the problem. My new glasses look and feel great, and now I can actually see. Perfectly.
Highly Recommended! – Hi, this is my experience at Vizio in summary: - absolutely best experience and excellent selection of eyeglasses - top rate service - great prices I got a pair of Lindberg eyeglasses and my wife got a pair of CHANEL sunglasses and Zenka eyeglasses. The selection was honestly unbelievable. We also thought that the service we got was by far the best of any store we have seen in Boston and not just eyeglass stores but any clothing or jewelry stores.
