Excellent selection, excellent service! – I shopped at Vizio Optic since beginning of 2006 and it is not only a great eyeglass store, it is a great shopping experience in all of Boston, period! Disappointing – A great selection of frames but one salesperson is extremely rude and rude to her colleagues. This store could be very successful if this person improved on customer service.
Nasty Staff – a sharp selection of frames, but the most unpleasant of staff. small businesses should really think twice about attitude; these folks will not get my money.
Service From Across The Pond – Researching optomotrists in the Boston area from the UK prior to a 2 week holiday, I found Vizio Optic and never looked back. For a brick and mortar store Vizio is the place to go. – Vizio was able to do an almost impossible repair to my Dolce & Gabanna glasses that I purchased in Forest Hills Queens, NY, many years ago. Extraordinary frames; unlike any I've seen. Competent and respectful staff. HIGHLY recommended! – I cannot believe the negative review I just read. I don't know what went wrong for that person, but I couldn't disagree more strongly with their comment. I went to Vizio on the recommendation of someone else who loved the store and the people working there, and my experience exceeded my expectations. Don't buy glasses anywhere else.
Condenscending staff!! Too much attitude – I had an extremely negative experience at this store. They may have a nice selection of eyeglasses but the attitude is not worth it. Nothing can replace good customer service.
The real deal – As anyone living in Boston knows, good cutomer service is difficult to find. Couple that with an endless offering of mediocre eyewear retailers and searching for glasses is not a pleasant experience.
