I had the pleasure of staying at Vizcayne South for a month, and I must say, the front desk team was exceptional. Every interaction was met with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. From handling inquiries to assisting with amenities, they continually went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Their friendly attitude and efficiency made a lasting impression and truly elevated my stay.
DONT MOVE HERE!!! Building is going thru some serious renovation. Pool closed and will be open only in 2027, Balconies closed until 2027/2028, the gym is poor and lack equipment, the spas are always broken or “under maintenance”. New management is going all in on projects (kickbacks allegedly), deliveries cant come to our doors anymore. They will make up so many different fees and security deposits its crazy, the application fee is ridiculous and they charge extra to rush it. I moved to this building for the view and the location, which is amazing. Unfortunately the management is so bad, it has been a very negative and stressful experience. There has been one issue after another. E.g., they recently stopped allowing food deliveries to come to our doors the last few weeks, and provided no information as to why or when this will be resolved. The pools have been under construction the whole summer and they have not provided any update or dates on when it will be finished. This has gone on for months... read more
