Margarita Congorno was the name of my landlord. She illegally kept the entirety of the security deposit and attempted to blame me for damages that were entirely fabricated by her handyman. I got a lawyer and eventually the woman had to fork it over.
This building is a disaster wrapped in shiny packaging. The management is the definition of incompetence…. unresponsive, unorganized, and utterly uninterested in the well-being of residents. Requests go unanswered for weeks, common areas are neglected, and don’t even get me started on the chaotic parking situation. Every interaction with management feels like pulling teeth; they lack basic courtesy and professionalism.
