This was my second infusion at Vivo. They are very good at what they do.
My son had his first xolair injection at this clinic. He is a toddler and the team was fantastic. Everyone was so patient with him. The entire team was so kind and understanding. Monica, Jordan, Kelly, Crystal and Emily were all so wonderful. They did everything they could to make him comfortable and had some awesome stickers! It’s scary having your child need medications but this team made it so much easier. Can’t recommend them enough!
Staff are wonderful and caring. They want to make sure you are comfortable the entire time you are there. I have been going there for so long the staff knows what snacks I like and had them waiting for me.
The nurses are very friendly and caring
