Vivo Infusion is a TOP TIER clinic and organization! I used to go to the infusion clinic in NY, and the team kindly let me know there was a closer clinic and redid my prior authorization without any challenges. Lynne went above to help with a co-pay assistance program, which was an incredible support to me. Excellent staff and excellent atmosphere.
THE STAFF IN NORTH HAVEN CT WERE AMAZING. From the first visit they made me feel comfortable and explained the process. They were always helpful and nice. Alex and Mandy made the process easy. Lynn always greeted me with a smile. I recommend VIVO in North Haven CT. They were the BEST!
Always a great experience. Great nurses and staff that are very helpful and knowledgeable.
