Our builder discovered that Vivid Engineering's design for structural underpinning and brickwork repair was unusable. Their lack of proper investigation prior to completing their design was a serious issue, but then refusing to engage with our builder showed a lack of professionalism and no care for their customers. Vivid further refused to offer any explanation or remedy to our Owner's Corporation. Vivid caused costly redesign and delays to our project. I can only recommend to stay away from them

I love the team that was engaged to complete the restoration process. I will definitely use this company again as a loss adjuster. I recommend this company!

Very disappointing service after the drawings were completed. Instead of trying to find a solution to ensure that the job kept moving forward Geoff was only interested in who he needed to invoice at the hourly rate before he would even come out. After two weeks of constantly trying to obtain his help via emails and phone calls it was all too difficult. We had a very positive experience working with Geoff at Vivid Civil Engineers. He was friendly and approachable and reliable. He telephoned before coming out and was flexible with appointments and he arrived when he said he was going to. He was able to suggest alternatives to the design, which were more cost effective and improved the overall finished product. His part of the work was finished on time. I have no hesitation in recommending Vivid Civil to anyone requiring engineering services!
