I came in today at 10:15 a.m. for a manicure and pedicure. During the transition from the manicure to the pedicure, one of my fingernails was ruined. I asked for it to be repainted properly, but instead of removing the polish, it was painted over multiple times (about three layers). I expressed concern that the polish was becoming too thick to dry, but I was repeatedly offered to “paint over it again” rather than fix it correctly. The service was completed around 12:44 p.m.. I got a structured manicure and regular pedicure with Roxane, and she was amazing. She cleaned my cuticles thoroughly, shaped my nails perfectly, and helped me pick the right color. I highly recommend her, she also does great nail art. If she’s not available, Rebecca is another excellent choice. I’ve had wonderful experiences with both. I’ll definitely be back.
