Horrible customer service experience not once but twice! I left with a hole in my nail and the another tech undercharged me then tried to make up for it when I came in to get my nail fixed that broke two days after I got a new full set which is unacceptable. DO NOT waste your time here. I had beautiful healthy nails before I started coming here in November. They are rude and very inconsiderate. You are wasting your time and risking the health of your nails by patronizing at this salon.
RecommendedLily is great. She does beautiful work. Ivy is sweet and Henry is great as well. The quality of work is top shelf, atmosphere is relaxing and everyone is so nice. It’s an experience worth the price.
