The door states that they don't close until 6 o'clock p.m. I got there before 6 and they let me sit there for 10 minutes and no one came to service me. They came at 5:55 to tell me that I needed to come back tomorrow. I will never go back. Not tomorrow or any other day. It was totally disrespectful how they did not respect my time. They need to know that I could sue them for false advertisement. A tip for them is to change the door sign to closing at 5:30 if you want to be gone by 6.

Dear Ms Johnson. Again, the door says "Close at 6:00PM" that means, at 6:00PM the salon is CLOSED and everyone should go home. We thought that is simple enough for everyone to understand. You came 15 minutes before closing time and asked for a refill on colored powder solar. It would take a well 40min to 60min to get it done. Please do the math.
