My son was injured after a accident. I contacted Viva speaking with the scheduler Blanca Ramirez explaining i needed to reschedule the next days shift as he was being sent into emergency surgery. Even offering to come in two out of 6 hours at a later time the next day if she could just move up the hours so i could be with him. She promised she would and would get back to me that night or text her at 0830 the next morning she just wanted to run it by her case worker Brenda Rodriguez, RN. Company is full of lies. Management lacks common sense and I often have to give advise on how to manage. We have been without night coverage numerous months. Nurses even refuse to work for this agency because of their poor pay and management.
Just another home health company who propagates a falsehood of promises. It's like we left the skillet and jumped into the frying pan, leaving one bad company to another. Lack of sufficient nurses to provide us with the coverage we needed which caused a lot of headaches and troubles. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone period. If you are considering Viva Pediatrics, please reconsider your options.(Honestly they dont even deserve 1 star)
Disappointed.. please do your research. Happy with Nurses finally. BUT displeased with Business..
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!(Dallas Location) Sad thing is I went to nursing school due to my love for helping people and at the end of the day the patients/family are the ones suffering. Management doesn't care about employees, staff unprofessional, and unorganized. NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! Only pro is you get paid every week....if you get paid!!!
