Incredibly disappointing experience at this salon, with the reviews on google and a friends recommendation I booked an appointment for a relaxing manicure and dip polish. It was about 20 minutes after my appointment time to get seated with the nail technician and when she started doing my nails, there was no manicure (soak finger tips, lotion, etc.). staff was kind and skilled, but the manager was openly talking negatively about the employees. i just felt uncomfortable and didn’t feel this was very professional, especially in front of customers. in the future i hope management will work on creating a more respectful and professional atmosphere
