Tried the salon for the first time, about three weeks ago, as my previous salon changed Ownership and is not getting good reviews. While the salon looks very nice and has nice massage chairs, my experience was not great. The nail technician assigned to me for my pedicure barely spoke English. He kept bringing the wrong nail polish. Despite me showing him on the color chart. Twice he brought the wrong color and not regular nail polish, he brought a gel polish, which was incorrect. Literally the BEST NAIL SPA EVER!!!! I love everyone here they are absolutely amazing. I have clubbed thumbs and they make me the best nails ever. Everyone is so nice and so amazing. They are absolutely the best. If you get the chance to go everyone should go.
Literally the best nails I have ever had. Van and Estefani are both so amazing! The whole team is wonderful and so nice! Would never go anywhere else for mani or pedi. I do tips with dip on nails and shape is always perfect. Love the long foot and leg massages for pedis. I highly recommend!!
I have been going to Viva for years and am always pleased with their services! Jimmy and Van are the best!
