I don’t take bad reviews lightly, but this was quite literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. It is unfortunate to have your nails damaged to the point where they are cracking and bending, and then to be charged an upcharge for the builder gel required to fix the initial problem the salon created. Most businesses understand the importance of taking responsibility for an error to maintain client retention.
