Recommendedgood food always make it right
So, my 5y/o doesn't like melted cheese. We order her a vito bread, remove all the items from the list and notate on the order, "JUST PLAIN BREAD, PLEASE. THANK YOU." 99% of the time they send a loaded vito's bread. I've called and complained at least 6 times and they say they're sorry and send free pizza coupons and then it happens again. awesome cheesy bread and fold overs
Terrible call center and no coupons. I can’t afford a $18 pizza. I used to be able to talk to my pizza guy who knew exactly what I wanted. Now I have to call your call center and they will never give me any coupons. We used to be regular customers, shame you drove us away.
What happened here? I mean- I know it’s not going to look like the advertisement but I’m hella disappointed in you guys! Reynolds Road location in Toledo.

Gave your place a try again after months... another letdown. For how much I paid for this BBQ chicken pizza, I expect more than a tablespoon of BBQ sauce.
Took over an hour to get our order, when we were told half to 45 minutes. When we called to check on our order the person on the phone didn't seem to know or care where our food was. Very disappointed.
I call up they hang up on me they don't answer my question they told me that they're not open when clearly they're online thing said that they're open at 11 a.m. and when I call they hang up on me and I'm tired of everything that they do that is wrong and they disrespect their customers
