No cheese horrible service. Worst pizza I ever had
Ordered a large bbq chicken pizza tonight. 2nd one in two weeks that I asked for extra sauce. Had very small amount on it again. So I called the location and the girl who answered had an attitude and told me she made my pizza and put extra sauce on it. Didn’t bother to ask if she could correct it. This was the Cental ave Westgate location in Toledo Ohio. Very disappointed
Ordered pepperoni and sausage pizza. Really? Two mini sausages per slice! Weak effort! Where’s the Vitos quality that you had when you first opened in Toledo? Our local store is a hole compared to when it opened. They had a great manager back then too.
Food sucks, all the time.. always something.. this time orders a NY foldover from tamoshantern, dough not cooked and inside cold.. you used to be good like 10 years ago.. absolutely horrible..
We order Vitos all the time n usually the pizza is good. But a few nights ago I had to call multiple times before anyone answered. Then when I got my pizza home it not only had the wrong toppings and barely any cheese the crust wuz also burnt. I asked for garlic butter on the crust and didn't get it. We were very disappointed with Vitos. We been ordering food from Vitos for years but not sure if we will continue to do that. RecommendedDecent prices good food and fast
Ordered multiple items including 2 lbs of wings. Driver arrived late and said they were out of wings so replaced with an appetizer sized portion of chicken dippers with no hot sauce and extra cheesey bread that we did not want. I called store for refund of wings that I did not receive and was told they can't refund credit cards. I was told I would receive additional dippers driven out to me and a call from manager. So... I called Vito’s on Summit St in Point Place tonight and had the best experience! Charlie answered the phone and, after getting my phone number, new my name and addressed me as Jessica the rest of the call. Charlie was rad. He helped me get the best price for my order and did his job like a pro. He was polite as heck and super fun! I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and some brownies. The pizza was perfect. ordered at 1030 at 1130 got a call cant deliver. heatherdowns location i guess the drivers car was broken and everybody else walked to work. so no pizza.
