I have given this location several chances to deliver a top notch product. Again, failure on my last order. A small salad was disappointing. Skimpy lettuce that looked bad, 10 strands of cheese and very little condiments. A simple salad, that's not a tough fill. Cheesy bread wasn't cut and ripped apart. Clearly no effort on my order at all. Im done with Vitos. Orders are always the least amount of toppings and cheese, stingy.
I went to pick up my carryout order 20 minutes after ordering. The worker was in the back of store talking with a delivery driver. There were no pizzas in the oven. The worker took my payment and slowly moved to the pizza prep table. I asked if my pizzas were made yet. She said no. She was the only person working. It is Friday night and the worker was moving as if there were others to do the work. If it was busy, I could understand. I ordered ahead so it would be ready. I will not return to Vito's.
the service was lousy. the food made me sick.the spouse garlic bread was cold and no garlic. chicken parmigiana tasteless. $17.00 of nothing.
we got an 18 dollar mexican pizza n this is a sad case.
Dry crust and cold pizza!
We paid over $50 with a coupon for 2 large specialty pizzas and 1 medium 1 topping pizza. Half of the Specialty pizza was just the dough showing through! No toppings at all! And the cheese was VERY overcooked! Then my medium 1 topping pizza was even WORSE! Half the pizza was bubbled up crust and it looked like a sprinkle of cheese again! And burnt. No one even took one piece of that one. So disappointed. And a little angry.

Fav pizza joint in town and my 4 year old won't eat pizza anywhere else!
