I'm not sure what Vito's can do..screwed up my order and waited for them to fix it(wrong bread for my sub ..I had no problem with this everybody makes mistakes. But when I got home there was hardly any meat and I do not like brown wilted lettuce..so I called and politely let them know what happened ( also bread was burnt) and when I got through telling him there was no I'm sorry or we will make sure we do better this time or nothing so I asked is today gonna be better? he still didn't say anything but something like "are you... read more
We have always enjoyed Vito’s but recently the quality of the food and the service has been poor. Much longer than promised wait and the pizzas were not very good. I hope they turn things around. Until then we will be trying other places.
No refunds, after you had to came to my house 3 times and the oder was still wrong.Smh you guys should not be in business.Who you think you is? I guess it's a reason you say no refund.😂😂 . Never again,guess y'all needed the money more than me.

I placed my order on line. was sent the message my pizza would be done at 720. I arrived and my pizza had not been started.
