I really don't like writing bad reviews, but in this case I feel it necessary. We have been clients of Vitas' for less than a week, and so far we have had nothing but problems. We've had only one nurse for 9 of the 72 hours we were supposed to have a nurse, it's been 3 days and we have yet to receive all of the equipment and medications we are supposed to have, and every day that passes brings more disappointment. Vitas cared for both of my parents during the final chapter of their lives. I could not have asked for better or more professional care. What excellent people and service. I will feel eternally indebted to them. Every day I ask God to bless the work they do. A million thanks Vitas. This was early in 2013. My father's situation was a crisis and my mother's illness was chronic. Their paths were so different, but Vitas guided us and cared for us through it all.
