Llegue a la 12:40 y sali de ahi a las 4:00 sin ke me dieran los resultados de los rayos x y hable por teléfono 2 veces sin ke me dieran una respuesta. Casi a las 8 de la noche ellos me hablaron para los resultados pidiendo. Disculpas por ke tenian un problema en sus sistemas. Bueno de atenciones bien pero de rapidez no ya ke hay mucho personal pero muy lentos.

I really appreciate having a clean and easily accessible urgent care that doesn't take a long time to be seen. As a mother, it creates comfort and peace anytime we need to be seen on a short urgent basis. The staff are always very warm, caring and kind. Wait times are short and The Dr is always very attentive and thorough and willing to explain any questions I may have. The clinic has Very good service and care. There's other clinics not so much so.
The attention at vitalmed was very professional. The wait time was reasonable , the waiting area was pretty full. It was clean and smelled clean. The practitioner was very thorough and quick to see me! I received two injections and the nurse who administered them was very skillful, I didn't feel any pain or discomfort and I didn't bleed at the site in injection. I would recommend this clinic to everyone!
