I was looking for a certain frame and they were able to find it! No one else I went to could get it. About six months later my dog chewed on my glasses.... this office was not only able to fix my glasses so they were wearable but they were able to find the frames again. I was so pleased with my decision for my husband and I to come here. Lens Crafter's totally lost us as their customers compared to VisualEyes Optometry I'll never go back to Lens Crafters they didn't want to fix our glasses before our warranty expired they gave us some lame excuses why they couldn't honor they're warranty. If your looking for a wonderful customer service Optometrist VisualEyes Optometry is the place to come.
