I don’t recommend this renting apartments if you want to have a peaceful experience at your new home. Usually they will assign you only 1 parking and for the second car you have to be lucky enough to catch a visitors parking ( Sometimes imposible). The pool is on maintenance most summer days and when in use, renters throw parties every weekend so you have no opportunity to really enjoy that facility. Beautiful place
I wanted to give this community more stars but unfortunately the fact that they used renting by the pool as a selling point really upsets me. Almost every Sunday, without fail, residents throw parties at the pool with tons of guests, loud music, and the parties often continue for hours - ending well passed 9pm. As mother with a toddler that goes to bed at 7pm and a husband that works from home, this is incredibly irritating. Don’t let them convince you renting by the pool is a good idea.
