Dr. Choi was his usual pleasant self and very professional in his ways through communications.... there are no suprises and that's a great thing. Dr. Kim (a new, but very capable practitioner in his own right) has very sensitive and caring hands that made my root canal felt like a walk in the park. Dr. Kim's communications skills is not that of Dr. Choi's yet, but practice makes perfect.
