Friendly environment the moment you step foot in the office. The staff is very professional, and attentive to the patients needs. Never a bad experience. Making an appointment is never a hastle as they are flexible to ones needs.
Dr. Kelvin and his staff are very mindful of the needs and comfort of the patient. They take the time to explain procedure. The office is neat and clean.
I broke a tooth and was in severe pain. I called the office of Dr. Choi and they were able to see me within an hour. It normally takes a few days for a doctor to see you once you set up an appointment. 2 of my co-workers recommended Dr. Choi and my visit showed why they love coming to him. I'm taking my sons out of their regular dentist and moving them to Dr. Choi. The Dr. and the people working in his office were AWESOME.
The front desk staff are very nice and friendly. Keep up the good work, customer service is very important.
The patient service is wonderful. I've been coming here for years and drive over 10 miles just to continue being seen by Dr. Choi's office.
